Dumpster Rental Agreement
This contract legally binds the "Customer" and Dumpstedogsfl, LLC to the terms outlined below, in accordance with the laws of Florida in effect at the time the dumpster is ordered. Dumpstedogsfl, LLC agrees to provide the "Customer" with collection, transportation, disposal, and recycling services for non-hazardous solid waste.

Service
The "Customer" agrees to contact Dumpstedogsfl, LLC at +1239-475-8797 (not the number on the dumpster) with a minimum of two (2) business day's notice for service (delivery, exchange, pick-up, or relocation of the dumpster).
If a call is made on a Friday, the next business day will be Tuesday unless it is a holiday. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, landfill issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Wait Time
If a driver is required to wait for the "Customer" to move vehicles, remove excess materials from an overloaded dumpster, clear an area for delivery, unlock a gate, or any other reason causing a delay, a $3.00 per minute wait fee may apply.

Cancellation
If the order is canceled before 3 PM the business day prior to delivery, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. Cancellations made after 3 PM the business day prior or on the day of delivery will incur a cancellation fee ranging of $150, in addition to any distance or franchise fees. If the dumpster is refused upon delivery, no refund will be given. If the service is refused while the dumpster is being picked up, a no-service fee of $150 (plus any distance charges) will apply.

Inability to Deliver or Pick Up
If Dumpstedogsfl, LLC is unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster due to blockages, locked gates, or any other obstruction (including refusal of service), the "Customer" will be charged a no-service fee between $150 and $250, along with any distance or franchise fees.

Prohibited Waste
The "Customer" agrees not to dispose of hazardous or toxic materials in the dumpster, as doing so is illegal. Any hazardous or toxic waste found will be the "Customer's" responsibility. Dumpstedogsfl, LLC may choose to return the hazardous waste and charge the "Customer" a return fee ranging from $150 to $250. Alternatively, a disposal fee may apply, as outlined below under Disposal Fees. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: industrial waste, asbestos, septic tank waste, paint, cleaning products, medical waste, pesticides, solvents, automobile parts, tires, oil, Freon-containing appliances (e.g., air conditioners, refrigerators), batteries, electronics, light bulbs, and food waste.

Disposal Fees
At Dumpstedogsfl, LLC's discretion, disposal fees may apply for hazardous or toxic waste found in the dumpster. Fees are as follows:

• Car/Truck Tires: $50 to $100 each
• Small TVs: $25 each
• Large TVs: $150 each
• Computers/Monitors: $25 each
• Other Electronics: $15 each
• Large Appliances: $25 each
• Paint Cans (with paint): $20 each
• Car Batteries: $40 each
• Foam Aerosol Cans: $25 each
• Freon Aerosol Cans: $100 each
• Light Bulbs: $25 each
• Propane Tanks: $50 each
• Mattresses or Box Springs: $100 each
• Household Garbage: $25 per bag

Note: If household food waste is found bagged in the dumpster, the "Customer" will be charged $25 per bag. If food waste is found loose, Dumpstedogsfl, LLC will estimate the number of bags and charge accordingly.

Equipment
All equipment provided by Dumpstedogsfl, LLC remains the property of the company, but the "Customer" is responsible for the care, custody, and control of the equipment while at their location. The "Customer" must ensure the equipment is not moved or altered and is used only for its intended purpose. The "Customer" must provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day. Dumpstedogsfl, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the "Customer’s" property, including walkways, driveways, lawns, or underground utilities caused during service. The "Customer" affirms that the location is suitable to bear the weight and size of the equipment and vehicles.

Overfilled Dumpsters
The "Customer" agrees not to overfill the dumpster beyond the top edge. An overfilled dumpster may cause debris to fall out, potentially damaging other vehicles, and it is illegal to transport an overfilled dumpster. Dumpstedogsfl, LLC reserves the right to refuse pick-up of an overfilled dumpster. If overfilled, the "Customer" is responsible for removing debris to below the top edge. An additional charge for no service may apply.

Overweight Dumpsters
Dumpstedogsfl, LLC reserves the right to refuse pick-up of a dumpster that exceeds an estimated weight of 2,000 pounds. If the dumpster is overweight, the "Customer" will be responsible for removing debris to bring the weight under 2,000 pounds. A no-service charge may apply.

Daily Rental
Each dumpster rental includes a specified number of rental days as detailed on the website and in the "Customer's" email confirmation. If the dumpster is not emptied or returned within the agreed time, a daily rental fee will apply. If the dumpster is emptied and returned, the next rental is considered a new agreement with the same terms.

Indemnity
The "Customer" agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Dumpstedogsfl, LLC harmless from any liability, including bodily injuries (including death), property damage, or legal violations, caused by the "Customer's" breach of this agreement or negligent actions. Neither party will be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the performance or non-performance of this agreement.
